Your responsibilities where you make an impact!

• Responsibility for quality management at the plant including KPI monitoring and escalation management
• Analysis and resolution of quality issues using RCA CAPA and 8D methods
• Ensuring and implementing processes audits and customer requirements (e.g. PPAP)
• Collaboration with suppliers and support in handling deviations and improvement measures
• Participation in projects (e.g. industrialization) and training production teams on quality topics

Your profile what you bring!

• Technical education with experience in quality management and SAP knowledge
• Experience with rotating machinery (e.g. generators or motors)
• Very good English and Germans kills
• Strong problem-solving communication and teamwork abilities
• Structured proactive and customer-oriented working style with intercultural competence
