  • optimize and maintaine distribution systems to fully realize revenue potential across all connected channels
  • keep our booking system interfaces running smoothly by monitoring performance and working closely with our system providers
  • maximize content scores and enhance Ruby Hotels visibility by maintain and optimize content management platforms such as Concerto HCM or Leonardo in cooperation with marketing
  • drive our online reputation by taking ownership of IHGs reputation management platform Medallia and the AI response tool MARA
  • respond to international online guest reviews in line with Ruby and IHG quality standards and KPIs
  • work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep our systems running smoothly

Weve been waiting for you since you have/are:

  • completed training in the hotel or travel industry and have preferably already gained experience in a similar distribution role
  • already had touchpoints with maintaining distribution channels such as websites OTAs and GDS and know how hotel distribution systems work
  • a good understanding of content management across Concerto HCM OTA extranets and GDS
  • a strong communicator who enjoys bringing different teams together
  • a structured way of working a great eye for detail and enjoy improving the way things work
  • good written and spoken English and German skills
