This position is maternity leave cover for 2 years contract.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Overall responsibility for all hire-to-retireactivitiesfor the country of Germany

• Leadership and development of the H2R team

• Support and implementation of transformation and system projects

• Control and optimization of processes with a focus on quality efficiency and standardization

• Close cooperation with HR business partners local and international P&O operations teams and business stakeholders

• Ensuring accurate and timely HR processes (e.g. onboarding life-cycle processes offboarding payroll deadlines)

• First point of contact for escalations and complex special cases

• Analysis of KPIs and derivation of improvement measures

What youll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• Completed university studies

• Several years of professional experience in the HR sector preferably in an international company with matrix structures

• Project and process management experience

• Leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate teams

• Structured solution- and customer-oriented way of working

• High level of service orientation and strong communication skills

• Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday SAP)

• Very good knowledge of German and English

Compensation Structure & Criteria:

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level qualifications niche skills experience and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes market alignment and business needs.
