of main tasks
As a Project Management Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic international transformation environment where you can take ownership from day one, work with experienced stakeholders across business and technology, and help shape meaningful change in Wealth Management. Your main tasks will include:
You will work on strategic international projects and support key activities such as project planning, target setting, milestone tracking, resource coordination, procurement support and project documentation.
You will collaborate closely with Wealth Management credit officers across global regions as well as IT teams to identify process enhancements, drive efficiency opportunities and support the successful implementation of change initiatives.
You will prepare high-quality management presentations and status updates that help senior stakeholders make informed decisions and steer complex transformation initiatives.
You will help keep projects on track by monitoring risks, issues and action items, following up on next steps and contributing to timely escalation where required.
You will support project governance by coordinating meetings, documenting decisions and actions, and maintaining clear reporting for stakeholders across business, risk and technology.
Required qualifications
You bring a university degree in business, economics or a related field.
You have gained professional experience in international projects and are excited to grow further in a fast-paced transformation environment.
You have a strong interest in Wealth Management lending products and end-to-end credit processes, ideally supported by practical experience in this area.
You communicate clearly and confidently, and you feel comfortable working with senior stakeholders in international settings.
You enjoy structured thinking, solving problems and turning complex topics into clear and practical solutions.
You are a team player who enjoys working across functions, cultures and locations, and you value collaboration in an international environment.
You are proficient in English, both spoken and written; German language skills are a plus.
You are confident using MS Office and can create clear presentations, structured analyses and professional project documentation.
