We are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in our German organisation.
Under the supervision of the HR Director, you will be entrusted with the following tasks:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process within your area of responsibility:
- Drafting and distributing job postings,
- Sourcing candidates,
- Organizing and conducting interviews,
- Drafting and distributing employment contracts and onboarding documents.
- Overseeing employee onboarding to ensure their skill development
Training:
- Taking responsibility for implementing the training plan (identifying needs, prioritizing access, securing funding, advising employees and managers)
- Coordinating the implementation of the training plan at both German plants and at headquarters
- Handling the administrative aspects related to the implementation of the MED training plan
- (liaising with training institutions / training contracts, scheduling, etc.)
- Tracking KPIs related to training
Payroll:
- Be responsible for the entire payroll process for all German locations.
- Ensure the accuracy of the declarative portion;
- Ensure the validity of payroll data (payroll variables, travel expenses, etc.);
- Serve as the point of contact for our time management software;
- Create HR dashboards to monitor personnel activities (absenteeism, compensation, vacation)
Human Resources administration:
- Ensuring that human resources management is carried out properly;
- Ensuring the preparation of contracts/agreements, ...
- Updating HR dashboards, data, and statistics
HR Partner:
- Advising and supporting managers on various HR topics (consulting and expertise).
- Implementing the company’s HR policies at all German locations and monitoring their application.
- Ensuring that all HR procedures are followed by operational staff.
- Managing disciplinary proceedings and legal disputes
HR Development (in a supporting role):
• Participation in the stages of the performance cycle: People Review, evaluation of annual development reviews, and definition of a personal development plan
• Overseeing the onboarding of new employees and contributing ideas for the continuous improvement of our processes.
