Contract type: Working Student (60–80 hours/month), preferred start date: October 1, 2026, duration of up to 24 months

What this role is about

You will support our Digital Sales team in the operational management and further development of digital online shopping products. In this role, you will gain valuable insights into digital marketing, e-commerce, and data-driven product management while working closely with various departments. From day one, you will take ownership of your own tasks and actively contribute to the implementation and optimization of our digital business models.

Your day-to-day work

  • Support the planning, execution, and further development of digital products, campaigns, and marketing activities within the e-commerce environment.
  • Independently coordinate content, campaign, and marketing activities in close collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners and agencies.
  • Analyze the performance of activities based on relevant KPIs, create reports, and derive optimization opportunities and recommendations for action.
  • Work at the intersection of Marketing, Analytics, Sales, Product Management, and Technology, gaining insight into cross-functional collaboration.
  • Contribute your own ideas to improve processes, workflows, and digital solutions, and support the introduction of new technologies and automation initiatives.

This role is a good fit for you if…

  • You are studying Business Administration, Communication Studies, Business Informatics, Digital Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a comparable field.
  • You have a strong interest in digital marketing, online shopping, CRM, performance metrics, and data-driven optimization.
  • You enjoy working in a structured, reliable, and independent manner while collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
  • You are confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally have gained initial experience with analytics, CMS, CRM, or campaign management tools.
  • You have very good German skills and good English skills and are able to communicate content clearly, effectively, and with the target audience in mind.

  • How AI and automation can make operational tasks such as reporting, monitoring, briefing creation, and status communication more efficient.

Compensation

  • Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
  • Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
  • Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
  • Working student (Master): €20 / hour
