Finance and Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing and monitoring payment transactions (including international transactions)

• Maintaining online banking systems and verifying incoming payments

• Supporting financial accounting (invoice verification, cash management, expense reports, dunning processes)

• Liaising with the external tax office, including data preparation and DATEV transmission

• Organizing and coordinating administrative processes in office management

• Planning and booking trade shows and events

• Handling internal and external correspondence

• Maintaining the time tracking system and preparing payroll-related data

• Supporting human resources (sick leave certificates, managing temporary and contract staff)

Requirements:

• Completed business training, e.g., industrial clerk or equivalent

• Initial professional experience in finance and/or HR is a plus, but not required

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Structured, meticulous, and independent work style

• Ability to work in a team and discretion when handling sensitive data

• Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
