Tasks As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will guide customers through successful ERP implementations. You understand industrial and manufacturing business processes and know how to translate operational needs into practical ERP solutions. You will manage implementation projects from start to finish and work closely with customers throughout the full implementation lifecycle.
The manufacturing expertise we are looking for within ERP software must be closely aligned with concepts such as CTO (Configure-to-Order), ETO (Engineer-to-Order), MES, shopfloor operations, and CAD/CAM integrations. It is essential that someone not only understands these domains, but also truly comprehends how the customer operates in practice and is able to translate (or map) those processes onto the relevant standards within the ERP environment. This ensures they can act as the right discussion partner, both functionally and strategically, for our customers
During your first 1 to 3 months, you will work alongside Dutch colleagues and customers to learn our systems, implementation methodology and product environment.
Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects for new customers
• Analyse manufacturing and operational business processes
• Lead customer workshops and gather requirements
• Configure ERP solutions
• Support testing, validation and data migration
• Guide customers through go live phases
• Train end users and customer teams
• Work closely with teams in Germany and the Netherlands
• Help expand our presence in the German market

Profile Strong ERP knowledge is required
Experience leading or supporting implementation projects
Strong understanding of industrial and manufacturing business processes are required
Experience within manufacturing environments are required
Comfortable working in a growing market where not everything is fully built yet
Willingness to travel to customer sites 2 to 3 days per week
Native German language skills are required
Professional English communication skills are required
You can live anywhere in Germany. Living near Goch is a plus, but not required
Travel to our headquarters in Leusden (NL) is required on a quarterly basis.
We offer Salary: €4,280 to €6,585 per month

• Permanent contract with a 6 month probation period
• Position for 36 to 40 hours per week
• Competitive base salary paid in 12 monthly installments

• Additional consulting bonus of 7% once fully billable, typically after your first year
