About the role:

As an IT Application Specialist – Finance Solutions, you will become the dedicated IT owner for a growing portfolio of Finance SaaS applications, working closely with Finance stakeholders and software vendors to continuously improve business-critical solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to take real ownership of business-critical Finance applications, work with a high degree of autonomy and become the trusted IT partner for both Finance and our software vendors. You will have the opportunity to shape how Finance applications are operated and continuously improved, with a high level of ownership and visibility across the organization.

About the technologies:

Medius AP Automation, e-Invoicing solutions, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SaaS applications, ERP integrations.

About your tasks:

• Take end-to-end ownership of Finance SaaS applications, ensuring they remain reliable, compliant and aligned with business needs throughout their lifecycle.
• Configure and continuously optimize application settings, coordinate releases, upgrades and testing activities, and help introduce new functionality that delivers value to Finance users.
• Become the trusted IT partner for Finance stakeholders, software vendors and internal IT teams by coordinating incidents, service requests, vendor activities and cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive user and permission management, maintain high-quality documentation, and proactively identify opportunities to improve application stability, usability and operational efficiency.
• Act as the central IT owner for your applications, proactively driving improvements and coordinating the right stakeholders from idea through implementation.
• Ensure solutions remain as close as possible to standard product capabilities and challenge unnecessary customizations.
• Expand your ownership over additional Finance applications as our Finance technology landscape continues to grow.

About you:

• You have experience managing business-critical SaaS or enterprise applications and enjoy taking ownership from day one.
• You can translate business requirements into effective application configurations while keeping solutions as close as possible to standard product capabilities.
• You bring experience with user & role management, software vendors, or enterprise application environments; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Finance applications is a plus.
• You are well organized and able to prioritize multiple topics while maintaining a high level of service quality.
• You enjoy working independently, take ownership of your topics and know when to involve the right stakeholders to achieve the best outcome.
