Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead UX Designer to drive user-centered design initiatives across enterprise digital products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing complex web and mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and transforming business challenges into intuitive, scalable user experiences.

This role requires expertise across the complete product lifecycle-from research and discovery through prototyping, testing, visual design, and implementation-while mentoring designers and influencing product strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead UX strategy for complex enterprise-scale digital products.
• Drive end-to-end product design from discovery through implementation.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and usability testing.
• Translate business objectives into intuitive user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs aligned with accessibility and usability best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Consultants, Engineers, Researchers, and Visual Designers.
• Establish and evolve scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Facilitate design workshops, design thinking sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
• Advocate for user-centered design throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design governance and best practices.
• Ensure consistency across products through information architecture, interaction design, and visual standards.
