Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining scheduling agreements in SAP

• Conducting data analyses to support procurement strategies and decision-making

• Coordinating and following up on supplier inquiries

• Supporting supplier management activities and supplier collaboration

• Contributing to cross-functional projects

• Reviewing and processing price adjustments

• Assisting in the analysis and optimization of procurement processes

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering with a business focus, or a comparable field of study

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel

• SAP knowledge is an advantage but not required

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English

• Structured, independent, and reliable working style

• Strong team player with a proactive and hands-on mindset

• Curious, eager to learn, and open to new challenges

• Technical understanding is beneficial but not mandatory

• Availability for ideally at least 12 months

• Capacity to work between 10 and 20 hours per week during the semester

• Opportunity to increase working hours up to 37 hours per week during semester breaks upon agreement
