Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

ProfessionLX specializes in professional services where we engage our employees to empower them to excel for our customers. We are currently seeking part-time Catholic Administrative Pastoral LIFE Coordinator candidates to join our team in support of the US Army in Kaiserslautern. This position will provide various administrative tasks for the Catholic Community. Successful candidates will possess a high school diploma, is a Catholic in good standing, and experienced in using Microsoft software.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordinator supports the USAG Rheinland-Pfalz Religious Support Office by coordinating and administering Catholic ministry activities for the Baumholder and Kaiserslautern communities. Key responsibilities include participating in required planning and advisory meetings; developing the monthly Catholic community calendar; preparing materials for Mass services; maintaining community registration records; producing weekly bulletins and announcements; coordinating event logistics, publicity, and facility reservations; supporting sacramental documentation and records in the AMS portal; providing documentation for quarterly reports; and tracking attendance for Catholic community events. The role requires strong organization, communication, and administrative skills, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines, support clergy, and ensure accurate religious program records and communications.
