Working Student Strategy & Communication in the Internal IT Department(d/m/f/x)

Your tasks

?

• You will create and edit intranet posts tailored to the IT department’s target audience.
• In addition, you will continuously refine and develop the IT department’s intranet pages.
• You’ll use AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to support internal communication.
• You’ll support the planning and implementation of the IT department’s internal communication initiatives.
• Furthermore, you’ll contribute to various aspects of the IT department’s internal communication and provide conceptual input on communication formats.
• Together with executives, you’ll familiarize yourself with strategic IT topics.
• You create and design presentations and strategy documents in PowerPoint, optimize materials for executives, and assist in conducting strategy sessions.
• You also organize departmental workshops, conduct satisfaction surveys (e.g., using Kahoot), and analyze the results.

Your profile?

• You are studying business administration, marketing, media communications management, or a similar field.
• In addition, you have a good eye for design and are looking to gain practical experience.
• You are also interested in strategic communication and can present complex content in a clear and engaging way.
• You apply your creative talent specifically to the design of visual content.
• You enjoy creating strategic documents in PowerPoint and are comfortable working within design guidelines (corporate design).
• You also stand out for your ability to work independently, as well as your strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Furthermore, you are a quick learner, have a solution-oriented approach, and are proficient in PowerPoint.
• Excellent English and German language skills round out your profile.
