Your New Role...

In this role, you will support the operation, stability, and continuous improvement of the company’s IT environment. You will act as a key contact for employees, ensuring systems, infrastructure, and user access are effectively maintained to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding IT-related issues, providing first- and second-level support to ensure efficient problem resolution
Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across IT systems, ensuring accurate provisioning, maintenance, and governance of user access
Monitor, maintain, and support the company’s network and IT infrastructure, contributing to the continuous improvement, optimisation, and reliability of business-critical systems
Set up and deploy new workstations, coordinate office moves, provide and manage hardware, and diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimise operational disruptions
Partner with production teams and business functions to provide technical support and actively contribute to the successful delivery of IT and digital transformation projects
Support the broader IT team with a variety of operational and strategic initiatives, helping to maintain a stable, service-oriented, and efficient IT environment

Qualifications & Experience

Hands-on experience of installing IT hardware, software, user help desk and IT infrastructure
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and current Windows and Mac OS environments, as well as administration of Active Directory
Fluent German and good English language skills
Education as an IT Specialist (degree or completed apprenticeship)
Extensive work experience, preferably in a media environment

Deine Aufgaben

• Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen und unterstützt sie im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support.
• Du verwaltest Benutzerkonten in verschiedenen Systemen, richtest neue Zugänge ein und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft.
• Du hältst unsere Netzwerke und die IT-Infrastruktur am Laufen und kümmerst dich um Wartung sowie Optimierungen.
• Du richtest neue Arbeitsplätze ein, organisierst Arbeitsplatzumzüge, stellst die passende Hardware bereit und behebst technische Störungen.
• Du packst bei spannenden IT-Projekten mit an und unterstützt unsere Kolleg:innen aus den Produktionsbereichen bei technischen und projektbezogenen Herausforderungen.
• Außerdem bringst du dich flexibel in weitere IT-Themen ein und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team für einen zuverlässigen IT-Betrieb.

Dein Profil

• Du hast deine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in oder dein Studium im Bereich IT erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
• Du hast einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Installation von IT-Hard- und Software, im Benutzer-Helpdesk und im Umgang mit IT-Infrastruktur sammeln können.
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, in der aktuellen Betriebssystemumgebung von Windows und MacOS sowie in der Administration von Active Directory.
• Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Organisationstalent und verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke.
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und gut Englisch.
