As a Service Project Manager eMobility (f/m/d), you will lead strategic service initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and support key customers while contributing to the future of sustainable mobility. Your IMPACT & Mission: Support the rollout of global service offerings and drive successful market deployment. Lead Voice of Front Office initiatives and coordinate service improvement actions. Manage end-to-end retrofit programs, ensuring quality, timeline, and cost targets are met. Oversee technical projects for key customers and strategic business initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Service, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery. Your Mindset: Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in service operations, service program management, or technical project management. Experience in EV charging, eMobility, or a related technical industry is preferred. Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. PMP or similar certification is an advantage. Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe (approximately 5-10%). Fluent in English; German and/or French are a plus. Your next step? Apply online! For this Germany based position, the minimum of the pay is EUR 72. (Total Target Cash) per year. This pay includes base pay and short-term incentives or sales incentives. The compensation for this position applies to candidates with full-time contracts located within the Germany. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
