SHE Global Process Safety Manager (m/f/d)
What you can expect
Your Opportunity
As SHE Global Process Safety Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing process safety across CordenPharma’s global manufacturing network. Acting as the global subject matter expert for process safety, you will drive harmonization, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting sites across Europe, the United States, and China. You will work closely with local SHE teams and site leadership to strengthen safety culture, ensure compliance, and promote best practices worldwide.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously improve global process safety standards, concepts, and guidelines.
- Drive harmonization and standardization of process safety practices worldwide.
- Lead global process safety initiatives and risk management programs.
- Support the integration of new sites into the global SHE organization.
- Strengthen process safety culture and Behavior-Based Safety programs across all locations.
Operational Responsibilities
- Conduct and follow up on SHE and process safety audits.
- Support sites with PSCI requirements and process safety implementation.
- Design and deliver global training programs and workshops.
- Facilitate best-practice sharing and continuous improvement activities.
- Leverage digital SHE solutions, including Power BI, Power Apps, and AI-based tools.
To successfully master this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Safety Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the chemical or related process industry.
- Strong expertise in process safety, risk management, OSHA, EU regulations, and ISO 45001.
- Experience with audits, hazard analysis, incident investigations, and safety reviews.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for driving safety culture.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally (20–50%).
