About the Role:
As our Account Manager, you will own and develop some of Foxway's most important commercial partnerships within the German mobile ecosystem.

This is a senior, customer-facing role where you'll manage strategic relationships with large Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), retailers, and other key industry players. You will lead commercial negotiations, identify growth opportunities, and ensure long-term partnerships that create value for both Foxway and our customers.

Success in this role requires a commercially driven profile who enjoys navigating complex stakeholder environments, negotiating strategic agreements, and balancing long-term business development with operational execution.

The role reports to Head of Sales MNO & Retail.


What you will do
  • Own and develop strategic customer relationships within large German MNO and retail accounts.

  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.

  • Drive account growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing partnerships.

  • Negotiate complex commercial and contractual agreements.

  • Act as a trusted commercial advisor to customers and key stakeholders.

  • Ensure strong collaboration across Operations, Finance, Legal, Sourcing, and Management to deliver customer commitments.

  • Drive execution and follow-through across both customer and internal organizations.

  • Represent Foxway in the German market while strengthening our position as a leading circular technology partner.

We believe you have
  • 3–5 years of experience managing strategic B2B accounts, ideally within the telecom, mobile, or consumer electronics industry.

  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements with senior stakeholders in large German organizations.

  • Good understanding of commercial contracts and business frameworks.

  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder navigation skills.

  • A resilient and confident personality, comfortable operating in a dynamic commercial environment.

  • The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • High ownership and accountability.

  • A commercial mindset with strong business acumen.

  • Confidence communicating with senior decision-makers.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

  • A structured approach and the ability to manage complexity.

  • Collaborative and effective in cross-functional and international teams.

  • Fluent German, both spoken and written, with a strong understanding of German business culture.

  • Professional English proficiency.

To succeed in this role

You have relevant experience from one or more of the following industries:

  • Mobile Network Operators (MNOs)

  • Mobile device manufacturers (OEMs)

  • Telecom distribution

  • Consumer electronics retail

  • The German telecom ecosystem

Experience within the circular economy, mobile lifecycle management, or recommerce industry is considered a strong advantage.

Work Conditions

  • Based in Germany.

  • Willingness to travel within Germany and internationally as needed.
