Job purpose

Lead the global marketing, internal executive communications for CCO, and commercial development agenda to strengthen market positioning, accelerate growth, improve commercial effectiveness, and enhance customer engagement across regions, sectors, and sales channels.

Principal accountabilities

• Lead global external communication and branding, external and internal CCO communications aligned to business growth priorities and company strategy
• Drive commercial development initiatives to improve growth performance, customer engagement, market penetration, and commercial execution
• Support global sales programs, GTOM execution, customer segmentation, and strategic growth initiatives
• Partner closely with Sales, Products, Sectors, and Regions to strengthen customer value propositions and commercial impact
• Lead internal communications and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen alignment, visibility, and execution across the commercial organization
• Drive customer-centric marketing programs, lead generation activities, and commercial visibility across key industries and trade lanes
• Support development of commercial pricing approaches, go-to-market pricing strategies, and revenue optimization levers beyond traditional product costing models
• Identify and drive commercial improvement opportunities focused on conversion, yield quality, customer mix, value selling, and revenue growth
• Lead development of sales and marketing materials, commercial playbooks, executive messaging, and customer engagement frameworks
• Strengthen alignment between marketing, communications, commercial priorities, and regional growth objectives
• Build and lead a high-performing global team focused on growth, collaboration, and commercial execution

Experience, skills & Other Requirements

• Strategic communication planning and execution aligned to global business priorities
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of sales drivers and market dynamics
• Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders in a complex matrix organization
• Proven leadership of global, cross-functional teams and talent development
• Expertise in leading and communicating large-scale transformation and change initiatives
• Deep understanding of brand positioning and global reputation management
• Strong digital and content strategy capabilities across channels and platforms
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on engagement and journey optimization
• Ability to integrate sales, marketing, digital, and functional strategies seamlessly
• Data-driven decision-making with focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement
• Education level - Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
• Experience level - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in communication
