Your tasks

• Taking over the environmental testing of new developments and existing equipment based on requirements or military standards, national and international norms.
• Creation of technical test documentation as well as measurement and test setups
• Support in assessing the compliance of material selection, layout and construction with standards
• Creation and review of system descriptions and requirements documents, including support in preparing proposals.
• Participation in the preparation of cost, resource and schedule estimates for environmental audits.
• Support in coordinating internal and external professional collaboration

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, or alternatively a comparable completed advanced vocational training with several years of professional experience.
• Several years of professional experience in environmental testing, including shock, temperature and EMC.
• Knowledge of harmonized standards, EU directives, and approval criteria for military equipment
• Professional experience in measurement technology and basic knowledge in the field of electronics development
• Basic knowledge of requirements and test management software, e.g., DOORS, Jira, and Redmine.
• Experience with scripting languages such as LabView and Python
• Routine in performing laboratory work
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Technical understanding and teamwork skills
• Independent, meticulous and solution-oriented work style
• A high degree of independence and initiative
• Working time model: 35 hours/week
