About the Position

Community is at the heart of everything HOLY does and France is one of our most exciting markets. With a passionate French Squad already built and real momentum behind us were looking for someone to take full ownership of our community presence and drive the next phase of growth.

Working alongside our Head of France youll be the engine behind HOLYs social and community presence in one of Europes most dynamic beverage markets. Your mission To grow the French HOLY Squad execute high-impact local activations and make HOLY feel as native to French culture as it does everywhere else weve grown.

This is a genuine ownership role. Youll have the autonomy to shape how HOLY shows up in France online and in real life backed by a central team building one of Europes fastest-growing DTC brands.

Youll take charge of:

• Owning HOLYs community presence across Discord Facebook Instagram TikTok and X for the French market setting growth targets and building engagement programmes that turn customers into loyal vocal advocates.
• Running community activations end-to-end: sample sendouts prize giveaways and coordinated community rollouts that drive real measurable engagement.
• Being the daily voice of HOLY in the French community: posting animating and leading moderator calls ahead of every launch and flavor drop.
• Bringing the Squad together IRL: organizing and attending meetups exclusive events and surprise activations that turn the most engaged online members into real-world ambassadors.
• Staying close to French culture digital trends and competitor activity to make sure HOLY always feels genuinely local.
• Working closely with central brand performance and community teams to keep France sharp aligned and always one step ahead.

About You

• Deep instinctive understanding of French digital culture platform behaviour and consumer trends: you make every community touchpoint feel genuinely local not translated.

• Proven track record of growing and managing engaged online communities across Discord Meta TikTok and beyond with clear KPIs to show for it.
• Strong eye for content: you know what performs before its proven and you hold a high-quality bar across everything published under HOLYs name.
• Hands-on approach to activations: from sample drops to giveaways to IRL meetups you get things done without needing to be managed.
• Comfortable working autonomously at pace: you know when to escalate and when to decide and you proactively surface risks and opportunities.
• Data-literate: you track community growth and activation performance rigorously and you report impact clearly.
• French native speaker with a natural command of tone nuance and what resonates in the French market.
• English proficiency for internal collaboration with central teams.

The Process

As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

1. Getting to know you: You will have a 30-minute screening interview with Eric our Talent Acquisition Manager discussing HOLY and the position and to see if our expectations match.
2. Hiring Manager Interview with Alex: Diving deeper into some more technical topics and your experience with Alex our Country Manager France.
3. Case Study & Team Day: Once the first interviews go well youll receive a short case study to complete at home then come into our Berlin office to discuss it. Youll also meet peers and potential direct reports to get a feel for the team and culture.
4. Founder Interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us you will have a final meeting with Matze one of our founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
5. Job offer and decision: Once the process is completed we will take the time to present you with a competitive offer including a share package and answer any questions you have regarding the employment before you joining our journey.
