Your tasks

• Monitoring and execution of construction projects in railway civil engineering and track construction
• Ensuring contractual compliance in accordance with technical guidelines
• Compliance with all occupational safety and environmental protection regulations on the construction site
• Commercial management including construction scheduling and change order management
• Preparation and verification of measurements and performance reports
• Coordination of the interfaces between building owners, planners and subcontractors
• Mentoring and professional support for junior staff as they enter the workforce

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or further training as a construction technician
• Solid professional experience in the construction management of civil engineering or track construction projects.
• Proficient use of construction cost estimating software, preferably RIB iTWO
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications
• Knowledge of VOB parts B and C, and ideally initial insights into the railway environment.
• Valid Class B driving licence
• Strong assertiveness and an independent working style
