As an AI Workflow Coordinator, you will support our senior team by managing the technical steps and documentation that keep our projects on schedule. This is a full-time, permanent position. We are a fully remote company, so you will work from your own location while collaborating through digital tools to solve business problems for our clients.
The role This position is about keeping our internal engine running. Many of our projects involve using dedicated technical tools to migrate data or build out new report structures. Your job is to coordinate these workflows, making sure that every step of a project is documented and every data set is properly organized for our consultants. You will be the person who knows exactly where a task stands and what needs to happen before we can hand over a finished system to a client. It is a role designed for someone who likes order, consistency, and clear communication.
What you will be doing - Monitoring internal project boards to track the progress of automated tasks and data migrations.
- Writing and updating configuration guides that explain how we set up specific data tools for client projects.
- Organizing and cleaning data sets to prepare them for ingestion into enterprise performance management systems.
- Reviewing technical handovers to ensure that the documentation is readable and accurate for a client finance team.
- Helping senior consultants schedule their technical workflows and ensuring that no configuration steps are missed.
- Collecting feedback from the team on how we can make our internal tools easier to use and more predictable.
- Maintaining a centralized library of project templates and standard operating procedures.
- Ensuring that the project tracking files are updated and reflect the current status of each deliverable.
What we need from you - A genuine interest in how businesses use technical tools to improve their reporting and data management.
- Strong written communication skills: you should be able to explain a technical step in simple, plain English.
- Familiarity with standard productivity software and a basic understanding of how data is structured in spreadsheets.
- The ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying in close contact with your team.
