Your start

We are looking for you at our location in Zagreb!

Your mission

DataandAIare your home Furthermore your new challenge is as follows:
  • Translate business requirements into process mining use cases and technical solutions using Celonis
  • Develop maintain and optimize data models analyses dashboards and visualizations within the Celonis platform
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define implement and monitor relevant KPIs and process performance metrics
  • Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms to ensure data quality and process transparency
  • Support the migration from interim reporting and analytics solutions (e.g. Impact) to the Celonis platform
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform data and performance-related issues to ensure stable operations
  • Document technical solutions best practices and project outcomes and communicate results to technical and business stakeholders
  • Support project planning coordination and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle

Your profile

Datais also in yourDNA You should bring the following:
  • A successfully completed degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Informatics Engineering or another related field or a comparable qualification
  • Proven professional experience as a Celonis Developer or in a similar Process Mining role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Celonis including data modeling dashboard development and process analysis
  • Good understanding of process mining methodologies and business process optimization
  • Experience defining and implementing KPIs as well as monitoring data quality and process performance
  • Strong analytical thinking problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A self-driven and proactive working style with the ability to manage tasks independently
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent communication skills in English (C1 level); German language skills are considered an advantage
  • Good knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is considered an advantage
