We help shape growth stories by combining hands-on company building a strong M&A track record tech DNA and deep sector expertise.

DevelopXis a specialized M&A advisory firm. As an independent advisor we support investors management teams and corporates across the entire M&A process from target identification through valuation and due diligence to negotiation and closing. We think about transactions consistently from our clients desired outcome backward: a robust equity story a cleanly structured deal and seamless execution.
Our work spans deal sourcing the management of complex transaction processes and successful contract signing with direct influence on investment decisions and transaction outcomes.

Your Mandate
Transaction Execution End-to-End

  • You lead buy- and sell-side M&A transactions from target identification through closing.
  • You coordinate due diligence processes (commercial financial legal) in close collaboration with internal and external experts.

Deal Structuring & Valuation

  • You prepare company valuations financial models and transaction structures.
  • You develop decision papers for management investors and governing bodies.
  • You prepare compelling transaction marketing materials including information memoranda (IMs) and teasers.

Exit Readiness

  • You assess our clients equity story for exit readiness and identify remaining value creation potential ahead of a sale process.
  • You prepare management teams and shareholders for buyer expectations supporting vendor due diligence and exit storytelling.

Negotiation & Stakeholder Management

  • You act as the central point of contact for investors target companies banks lawyers and auditors.
  • You negotiate term sheets LOIs and purchase agreements (SPAs) confidently representing your clients interests.

Deal Sourcing & Origination

  • You identify and assess M&A opportunities against defined investment criteria.
  • You build and maintain a network of target companies intermediaries and market participants.

Project & Team Leadership

  • You lead transaction teams managing timelines as well as external advisors and internal stakeholders.
  • You actively contribute to the ongoing development of internal M&A processes tools and standards.

What We Expect
47 Years of M&A Experience in investment banking transaction advisory private equity corporate development or M&A-focused strategy consulting.
Strong Transaction Expertise confident command of company valuation financial modeling and deal structuring.
Process Management Experience managing due diligence processes data rooms advisors and audit teams.
Analytical Precision excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills combined with strong quantitative acumen.
Negotiation Strength & Presence confident presence with management investors and external parties; results-driven and closing-oriented.
Ownership Mindset experience structuring and leading transaction teams independently in fast-paced environments.
Academic Background strong academic track record in business administration finance or a comparable discipline. Fluent in German and English.
