As part of the dwpbank group were adding a layer of resources and expertise to benefit from while continuing to operate as an independent fintech with our own team product and start-up identity under the dwpbank umbrella.

Your Mission:

As a Founders Associate you will work closely with the Founder and CEO and leadership team to help drive the companys strategic priorities and operational execution.

In this role you will take ownership of high-impact cross-functional projects across the business. These may range from supporting strategic initiatives in commercial product and operations teams to improving internal processes building organisational structures and helping ensure alignment as the company scales.

This role is ideal for someone who is excited by our mission of enabling anyone to invest in capital markets. You will be close to many strategic initiatives and interact beyond towards our parent company dwpbank. You will get the best of both worlds: the opportunity to work closely with experienced experts across functions while taking on meaningful ownership in a dynamic and ambitious environment.

You will:

• Support the Founder and CEO on strategic and operational projects that drive company goals and priorities.

• Own and lead projects with a deep focus on brokerage custody and capital markets this is where you will spend a significant part of your time and where domain knowledge is essential.

• Analyse market developments competitor dynamics and trends across the European brokerage wealth and investment infrastructure landscape.

• Take ownership of special projects that support the next stage of growth.

• Lead and mentor the Founders Associate Intern team providing structure guidance and prioritisation across projects while helping develop their skills and ensuring high-quality execution.

• Contribute to refining and scaling internal processes documentation and operating structures across the company especially in light of what becomes possible with AI.

• Help develop structure and execute cross-functional initiatives across teams.

• Act as a connector across the organisation by understanding team priorities spotting gaps and blockers early and helping drive effective cross-functional collaboration.

Youll be successful in this role if you:

• You have a background (bachelor and master degree) in Business Administration Economics Finance Computer science or a similar area.

• You are an entrepreneurial problem solver. You strive to take ownership of the tasks you get and apply your analytical skills structured thinking and independent working style towards solving them.

• You have gained 2 years or more of hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you have worked in an early-stage startup fintech consulting tech company or similar.

• You bring experience from the world of brokerage trading or custody and/or are deeply excited to get into the engine room details of our mission to make anyone an investor.

• You cope well with frequent change and ambiguity. Changing tasks & requirements excite you. You are able to think logically break down complex problems and prioritise between multiple tasks on your table.

• You are a team player. Working together as a team and sharing knowledge comes naturally to you.

• You never let anything fall down your plate. Being on top of things is what you are known for. Having no hesitation to follow up on people until the job gets done.

• You are ready and willing to take ownership. This is not my job! is not part of your vocabulary - you identify problems take initiative to take them on and challenge the status quo.
