Position: Customer Advisor

Location: Athens Greece

Work model: Hybrid

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries efficiently
  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Build strong sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools and systems
  • Meet individual and team performance targets including case handling quotas
  • Maintain clear records of customer interactions accounts and documentation
  • Follow established communication procedures guidelines and policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum C1 level)
  • Strong customer orientation with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Proven contact handling and customer communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills including active listening and adaptability to different personalities.
  • Strong PC skills and general computer literacy.
  • Fast learner with strong comprehension abilities.
  • Good MS Office skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer support or client service is a plus.
