THE POSITION - This is what we are all about

As Vice President Customer Projects (m/f/d), you will take global responsibility for the successful delivery of customer implementation projects for our EPG ONE Supply Chain Execution Suite. Together with your international leadership team, you will ensure the successful implementation of complex enterprise software solutions for customers around the world.

You will lead our global Customer Projects organization, drive the strategic development of our international Professional Services and Delivery teams, and establish scalable structures, processes, and best practices to support our continued global growth.

In this executive leadership role, you will report directly to the Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) and work closely with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, Operations, and regional leadership teams across the globe.

THE TASKS - You make a difference

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the global Customer Projects organization.
• Lead, coach, and develop an international management team responsible for project delivery and implementation across multiple regions.
• Oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of all national and international customer implementation projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.
• Manage the global project portfolio, including resource planning, capacity management, forecasting, financial performance, and project governance.
• Continuously optimize implementation methodologies, delivery processes, governance models, and operational standards.
• Act as Executive Sponsor for strategically important customer projects and serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
• Foster leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational growth across the global Customer Projects organization.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success and other business functions to ensure seamless customer delivery.
• Report directly to the Global COO and actively contribute to the company's strategic growth initiatives.

THE REQUIREMENTS - What makes you successful

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive leadership experience managing international Project Delivery, Customer Projects, or Professional Services organizations within enterprise software environments.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering and scaling complex software implementation projects on a global level.
• Ideally, experience within Supply Chain Execution, Warehouse Management (WMS), Warehouse Control (WCS), Transportation Management (TMS), Material Flow, Intralogistics, Enterprise SaaS, ERP, Manufacturing, or comparable enterprise software implementation businesses.
• Demonstrated success in leading large international organizations through multiple management layers and developing high-performing leadership teams.
• Strong expertise in project portfolio management, resource planning, forecasting, financial governance, and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and C-level decision-makers.
• Business fluency in English; German language skills are considered a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
