Protodigy is hiring on behalf of Europe’s reigning heavyweight champion in the B2B commercial kitchen and gastronomy e-commerce space. We are talking about a 20-year-old titan with 1,250 employees and 30 locations across Europe.

They are doing something radical: they are building a brand-new, elite In-House IT & Development Consulting team from scratch, and they need a Senior Consultant / Solution Architect to lead the charge.

The Tapestry of the Role

You are not joining a machine; you are building its brain. As a Senior IT Consultant here, your playground is the entire E-commerce and ERP landscape that keeps this market leader at the top.

• You are the bridge and the builder: You will advise business units and executives, turning complex operational bottlenecks into sleek, modern technological realities.
• End-to-End Ownership: From scouting the bleeding-edge web and cloud technologies to mapping out the architecture, you own the project until it is successfully rolled out.
• Mentorship & Mastery: You will guide internal development teams on architecture decisions, instill agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban), and elevate the overall quality standards of the entire IT ecosystem.

This is a greenfield opportunity wrapped in the security of a multi-million-euro enterprise.

1. The Language: You must possess Professional Fluent German. Not conversational, not "I'm learning." Fluent. Good English is also required.2. The Geography: Your primary base is Ochtrup, Germany. This is a hybrid role allowing up to 3 days of home-office per week. It is NOT fully remote. If you cannot commute to Ochtrup, do not apply.3. The Seniority: We need battle scars. You must have several years of senior-level IT consulting, solution architecture, and complex project leadership experience.4. The Technical Foundation: You must hold a Degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a highly related field, backed by deep, hands-on knowledge of software development, modern web stacks, and cloud architectures.5. The Commitment: This is a strictly full-time role. There are absolutely no 32-hour or 80% part-time options available.

• The Compensation: €50,000 – €100,000 gross p.a., beautifully dependent on the depth of your expertise.
