As a Working Student in Technical Support you help keep 1000 care facilities running smoothly. When something breaks - a firewall an integration mismatch a regression - documentation stops. Your mission: catch it fast fix it and make sure it doesnt happen twice.
Own technical cases end-to-end - reproduce and isolate faults across app network and integrations
Debug integrations and on-prem configs for German care software systems
Untangle customer-side IT issues like firewalls proxies and certificates
Monitor system health during your shift and support incident response
Turn recurring issues into fixes - contribute to root-cause docs and runbooks
Enrolled student (Bachelors/Masters) ideally in Computer Science or related - active enrollment required for a Werkstudent contract
Good Windows/Linux fundamentals and networking basics (firewalls proxies DNS TLS)
Nice to have: exposure to observability tools (Grafana Sentry) and API/integration debugging or eagerness to learn fast
Available for rotating evening/weekend shifts calm and clear under pressure
German at C2 level plus good English
