Your tasks

• You support managers at various levels in structuring and implementing transformation and investment projects.
• You plan and manage cross-departmental change initiatives and persistently monitor progress and sustainability using defined KPIs.
• You examine the content-related and temporal dependencies between the different projects and identify potential synergies.
• You ensure comprehensive project documentation and prepare progress reports for committees and management.
• You lead selected change projects and achieve the project goals within the defined timeframe.
• You will develop concrete ideas for actively involving the workforce in our transformation process and contribute to reducing concerns and resistance. To this end, you will continuously network throughout the entire company.
• You will support your department head with administrative tasks and in creating presentations and calculations.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in a technical or economic field or possess similar qualifications.
• Several years of professional experience in project management or in-house consulting is a must.
• You are familiar with the essential project management tools (including work package structures, Earned Value Analysis, milestone trend analysis) from practical application.
• You possess in-depth knowledge and experience in process management and the implementation of corporate strategies, ideally in a comparable business model.
• You find it easy to develop cross-functional solutions to complex issues and remain committed to implementation. You also possess strong teamwork and communication skills.
• You get into conversations easily and enjoy exchanging ideas with other people.
