We are recruiting for our client:

Do you have experience in logistics or transport, can you keep track even when traffic is heavy and ensure that everything on the company premises operates safely and in an orderly manner? Then this could be your next opportunity!

Our client in Florstadt is looking for several reliable Yard Logistics Coordinators / Yard Marshals (m/f/d), who will coordinate all activities in the yard. You will assign trucks and other vehicles to the correct parking and loading bays, monitor loading and unloading, and ensure safe and smooth traffic flow.

Pay: from €18/hour (depending on professional experience) + shift allowances - please state your salary expectations if applicable

Working hours: 100% full-time (38 hours/week)

Shift times:06:00 to 14:30 / 13:30 to 22:30 / 22:00 to 06:00
Working pattern: 3-shift system - Monday to Sunday - including weekends
Employment model: Temporary agency employment
Place of work: Florstadt

Hard skills - What you should ideally bring:

• Ideally, completed vocational training in logistics, transport or a comparable qualification
• Experience in logistics or transport, ideally with direct involvement in yard management
• Good knowledge of safety-related regulations in warehousing and transport
• Strong communication and organisational skills, including under time pressure
• Very good English skills (German is not essential)
• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system, Sunday to Saturday)

Your responsibilities:

• Monitoring and coordinating all activities in the yard, including the loading and unloading of vehicles
• Organising and allocating parking and loading areas for trucks and other vehicles
• Ensuring compliance with and monitoring all safety regulations on the company premises
• Communicating with drivers, warehouse staff and other relevant departments to optimise yard and logistics processes
• Regularly inspecting the yard to ensure order, safety and efficient use of the available space
