We are recruiting for our client:

Do you have experience in logistics, can confidently lead employees and keep track of operations even in a dynamic shift environment? Then this could be your next opportunity!

Our client in Florstadt is looking for several experienced Logistics Shift Managers (m/f/d), who will take responsibility for a warehouse area and work with their teams to ensure smooth, safe and on-time operations.

You will coordinate daily warehouse processes, plan staffing levels and ensure that quality, occupational health and safety, and productivity targets are met. If you enjoy taking responsibility, communicate clearly and act in a solution-oriented way even during busy periods, apply now!

Start date: Mid-August to no later than the end of September 2026
Pay: from €19/hour (depending on professional experience) + shift allowances - please state your salary expectations if applicable

Working hours: 100% full-time (38 hours/week)

Shift times:06:00 to 14:30 / 13:30 to 22:30 / 22:00 to 06:00
Working pattern: 3-shift system - Monday to Sunday - including weekends
Employment model: Temporary agency employment
Place of work: Florstadt

Hard skills - What you should ideally bring:

• Completed vocational training in logistics or a commercial-logistics occupation
• At least 3 years' professional experience in logistics, including 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety
• Confident use of MS Office and standard warehouse/order management software
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and organisational ability
• Very good English skills (German is not essential)
• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system, including weekends)

• Planning, managing and adjusting staffing resources as necessary to meet operational requirements
• Daily coordination and monitoring of warehouse processes
• Leading the team in accordance with internal policies and applicable statutory requirements
• Close cooperation with adjacent departments (e.g. planning and operations control) to ensure optimal use of resources
• Ensuring a safe, clean and fair working environment
• Conducting training and onboarding, as well as supporting and developing employees
