Working at the intersection of technology and creativity youll develop scalable high-impact video solutions for campaigns platforms and social formats while staying ahead of an industry that changes every day.

AI-Powered Video Development

• You plan and create video content using generative AI tools from text-to-video to image-to-video.

• You have solid hands-on experience working with AI video models and pipelines and know which tool fits which use case.

• You build flexible efficient workflows to produce video assets animations and platform-specific content variants.

• You continuously follow AI developments independently test new model releases and actively share relevant updates with the team.

Motion Design & Visual Quality

• You design animated transitions and branded elements with strong visual impact.

• You combine AI-generated content with professional post-production tools: After Effects Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.

• You create motion templates and systems that allow quick adaptation and reuse of AI-generated visuals.

Tech Support & Workflow Improvement

• You set up AI-based video workflows including testing tool evaluation and process automation.

• You collaborate closely with AI Artists and creative teams supporting mutual growth and skill sharing.

• You share expertise through team sessions workshops easy-to-follow guides and 1:1 support.

• You train fine-tune and validate AI models for motion and video tasks ensuring reliability scalability and high-quality output.

WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• Proven experience developing and implementing AI solutions in motion graphics video editing or VFX workflows with a portfolio showcasing innovative AI applications in creative production.

• Strong up-to-date command of the Google AI ecosystem:

• Veo Veo 3 Imagen Gemini and related tools including current features strengths and production limitations.

• Sharp prompt engineering skills: you craft iterate and optimize detailed prompts for highly specific brand-aligned results.

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects Premiere Pro and Photoshop in particular.

• Tool-agnostic mindset: you assess new AI video tools independently and integrate them into existing pipelines where they add real value.

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail even in high-pressure creative environments.

• Clear communicator: you explain complex technical concepts to creative directors producers designers and marketing stakeholders.

• Creative curiosity and drive for innovation: you constantly explore new models and techniques to push whats possible with AI in video.

• Ideally experience with fashion or lifestyle brands and a feel for eCommerce visual language and style trends.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ComfyUI or comparable node-based AI video systems.

• Familiarity with training custom LoRAs and model adaptations.

• Experience with batch production versioning or localised content creation at scale.

• Interest in new formats such as virtual try-ons or AI-powered fashion clips.
