Marketing Associate Europe (m/f/d)*

Your tasks:

The role of the Marketing Associate Europe is to provide organizational support to the marketing department. The primary responsibility is to assist the marketing team with administrative tasks, coordinate marketing processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Marketing Associate handles processing giveaway orders, shipping goods within Europe, coordinating marketing assets, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and timely delivery of high-quality results in alignment with regional and global marketing objecitves.

• Content & web creation: You will maintain and optimize our company website using our CMS tool and create content that appeals to our target groups for the European websites.
• Event & trade fair coordination: You will assist in the organization and implementation of international events and trade fairs, including planning, coordination, and follow-up. Business trips are expressly desired.
• Digital marketing & automation: You will assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and familiarize yourself with marketing automation tools.
• Social media: You will coordinate the content for our social media channels (LinkedIn & YouTube) and develop creative ideas for new content to increase interaction together with the Marketing Coordinator Europe.
• Case Studies: You will be supporting the creation, coordination, and promotion of our case studies, working closely with our sales team and external agencies.
• Strategy & analysis: You will assist with competitive and customer journey analysis to maintain an overview of our marketing activities.
• Order Processing & Supplier Management: Procurement of promotional materials, printed materials, or promotional items, as well as invoice processing and shipping of customer gifts.
• Administrative Support: Maintaining databases (e.g. Marketing Salesforce Cloud, mygüntner Subscriptions), filing, document management, and responding to internal/external inquiries.
• Marketing Project and Campaign Coordination: Scheduling appointments, monitoring timelines, and assisting the Brand Activation Manager Europe with campaigns.

Your skills:

With this knowledge you will strengthen our team.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or economic subject with a focus on marketing, or completed training as a technical or commercial employee with a specialization in marketing
• Project Management: Strong ability to manage and execute multiple marketing projects simultaneously, with focus on deadlines, budget and quality.
• MS Office: Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and, ideally, Salesforce or Jira.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communications and writing skills.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media and content marketing.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and project execution.
• Problem Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges and develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Time Management & Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Self-Motivation & Initiative: Ability to work independently and take initiative, demonstrating a strong drive to achieve goals and continuously improve performance without constant supervision.
• Languages: Fluent in both English and German.
