• EnsurecompliancewithGermanlaborlaw,overseeemployeerelations,collaboratecloselywiththe Works Council, and managemonthlypayrollprocesses.

• Partnerwithleadersto supportworkforceplanning, organizational change, and HRtransformationwhileembeddingourOneGPphilosophy.

• Lead anddevelopthelocalHRteam,fosteringacollaborativecultureanddeliveringanexceptionalemployeeexperienceacrossthefullemployeelifecycle.
