Virtual Executive Assistant

We are hiring full-time Remote Assistants that we match with entrepreneurs in the US & Europe. As a RAY, you will support founders by managing various aspects of their professional and personal lives and give them back their time and energy.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own your client's core work functions: email, calendar, tasks, travel, and accounting prep

• Proactively protect your client's time and energy by anticipating needs before they arise

• Work on long horizon projects that improve your client's business and private life

• Manage long-horizon projects that improve your client's business and personal life

• Act as a trusted operational partner, not just a task executor

What we look for:

• Highly motivated and driven individuals who strive for operational excellence

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• High problem solving ability (tested in our assessment center) & High agency (learn more here)

• Some experience and lots of curiosity regarding LLMs and other AI tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2) - this is an absolute requirement and will be rigorously assessed

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency with modern productivity tools and eagerness to learn new technologies like AI

• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities effectively
