We're looking for a Marketing Video Artist / Generalist to join the creative marketing team behind a new mobile 4X strategy game in development at Goodgame Studios, part of the Stillfront Group. Our marketing is creative-led. We acquire players through video and playable ads, and we hold our work to the standard of the best creative in the genre.
This is a hands-on role that runs from brief to finished ad. You take the brief, build the scene in Unity, capture the footage, and deliver the cut. In this role you make most of the footage yourself rather than sourcing it, so you should be equally at home staging a lightweight scene in-engine and cutting it together in post.
Produce performance marketing video ads from brief to final delivery
Build lightweight scenes and minigames in Unity to stage and record footage. This is how most of the footage in the role gets made
Generate hook variations quickly and iterate on the concepts that work, paying close attention to the first three seconds
Use the best-performing ads in the genre as your quality benchmark
Bring provided 3D character assets into the engine, then stage, animate, and composite them into hooks that drive installs
Hands-on Mobile Gaming Ads & Unity experience for in-engine ad production. Required
At least +3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong editing and motion graphics skills (After Effects, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve)
3D pipeline knowledge (Blender, Maya, or similar) for importing, placing, lighting, and animating assets
A clear sense of what makes the first three seconds of an ad work
A fast, self-directed way of working. You give a brief a few options to react to rather than one guess
Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why
Experience in Idle Arcade genre
Comfort using AI tools in the production workflow (welcome and encouraged – just tell us where you used them)
Full ownership of the ads you make, from concept through build to delivery
A new game heading into launch, where your creative helps decide who tries it
An environment where AI tools are welcome and you can use them without justifying it
A collaborative, international team at one of Europe's leading mobile and live-service game studios
Shortlisted candidates receive a three-task paid case study plus a short creative concept write-up. The tasks mirror the day-to-day work: a game analysis, a reverse-engineering of a reference ad, and the production of a short vertical ad using our assets.
