Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay is seeking a full-time Senior Workday HRIS Analyst / Team Lead (m/f/d) to join our global HRIS team. As we embark on the journey of centralizing our HR technologies and processes globally, this role will ensure accurate and efficient implementation and optimization of Workday – our Global Human Resources platform.

Job Location: This position is open to candidates based in Germany, Poland, Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. However, applicants from other locations are also encouraged to apply. Fully remote candidates are welcome as well.

What you will be doing:

• Lead Rollout of Workday Solutions: Lead the implementation and enhancement of Workday modules, with a focus on Advanced Compensation, Job Architecture, salary benchmarking, merit planning, bonus programs, pay ranges, and reporting. Partner with HR and business teams to deliver effective, scalable, and compliant Workday solutions globally.

• Serve as a Functional Expert Across Workday Solutions: Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM- Compensation and act as a subject matter expert in at least one additional Workday module such as Talent & Performance, Reporting & Analytics, Journeys, Help, Adaptive Planning, Learning, Recruiting, Time Tracking, or Absence Management.

• Partner with Project Team, Business Stakeholders & HR Leaders: Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver business value through Workday. Support Works Council consultations, system-related negotiations, regulatory requirements, and documentation. Ensure solutions comply with local labor laws, works agreements, and global governance standards.

• Utilize Consulting Abilities and Solution Proficiency: Leveraging consulting skills, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to integrate Workday functionalities seamlessly into the business ecosystem. Ensure that implemented solutions meet the expected business results and contribute to organizational success.

• Drive Workday Innovation, AI & Digital Transformation: Leverage emerging Workday AI capabilities and HR technology innovations, including machine learning, skills intelligence, talent marketplace solutions, automation, and AI-driven insights. Identify opportunities to improve employee experience, decision-making, and HR operational efficiency through the adoption of new digital capabilities.

• Enable User Adoption & Organizational Success: Lead workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions. Develop documentation and best practices that drive adoption and effective utilization of Workday capabilities across the organization.

• Troubleshoot System Issues: Investigate system issues and errors reported by users, providing timely resolutions to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction. Collaborate with technical teams to address complex technical issues and ensure smooth system operation

• Collaborate on Integrations: Work with technical teams to design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party applications. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between different systems to support efficient HR processes

• Stay Updated with Workday Releases and Industry Trends: Stay informed about Workday releases, new features, and industry trends related to HR technology. Evaluate the impact of these updates on the client's Workday system and propose relevant enhancements or optimizations to leverage new functionalities effectively

What you will bring along:

• End-to-End Implementation/AMS/Rollout Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end implementation, Application Management Services (AMS), or rollout of Core HCM modules for American, European, and APAC customer businesses. Demonstrated ability to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, ensuring successful outcomes for diverse global clients

• Knowledge of Core HCM Localization and Legislative Requirements: Proficient understanding of core HCM localization and legislative requirements in various countries across APAC, Europe, and North America. Familiarity with regional nuances, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks to ensure Workday configurations align with local laws and regulations

• Experience Leading/Supporting Workshops: Proven competence and relevant experience in leading or supporting workshops focused on Workday Core HCM modules in at least one project. Ability to effectively facilitate discussions, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable configurations within Workday

• Handson Experience of Workday HCM & Compensation Areas: Possess Workday HCM & Compensation certification is a plus but not mandatory. Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Workday HCM & Compensation modules. Demonstrated proficiency in implementing and optimizing Workday solutions to meet organizational needs

• Experience of Workday Advanced Modules: Seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in Workday Advanced Modules, particularly those beyond Core HCM, demonstrates a commitment to ongoing learning and expertise in additional functionalities such as Talent & Performance, Reporting & Analytics, Journeys, Help, Adaptive Planning, Learning, Recruiting, Time Tracking, or Absence Management.

• Additional Language Proficiency: English is must. However, having proficiency in any of the European languages would be a plus
