Senior Expert Channel Strategy & Performance (gn) full-time / part-time (hybrid)

What you can expect

• You define the field sales strategy and shape the end-to-end sales funnel – from territory coverage and pipeline generation to opportunity conversion, productivity, and sustainable value creation for our customers.
• You identify performance gaps within the sales process and derive targeted commercial improvement initiatives across the entire field sales funnel.
• You translate business requirements into clear and prioritized focus areas for our capability pillars, such as Analytics, Enablement, Go-to-Market, Pricing, Tooling, and Incentives.
• You develop and manage a cross-channel, cross-functional roadmap to successfully implement identified requirements and coordinate all necessary capability contributions.
• You define and optimize KPI frameworks and performance management systems to sustainably improve conversion rates, productivity, efficiency, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
• You ensure that developed solutions are translated into scalable processes, effective sales motions, practical playbooks, relevant KPIs, and sustainable performance routines, and are successfully embedded within field sales.
• You establish data-driven closed-loop performance management and clear governance structures to ensure the continuous development and long-term success of the sales channel.
• You work closely with the Field Sales, Marketing, Product, Pricing, Customer Service, Analytics, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure the smooth and consistent execution of all initiatives.

• You bring solid experience in B2B sales and commercial operations and understand how to drive sustainable sales success.
• You have a deep understanding of the field sales channel – from sales motions and funnel management to conversion optimization, pipeline steering, and productivity management.
• You think analytically and are driven by data, with experience in building and managing KPI and performance frameworks.
• You identify business challenges and performance gaps early and translate them into clear requirements, prioritized initiatives, and actionable roadmaps.
• You have experience developing and managing cross-functional channel roadmaps and successfully coordinating multiple capability areas.
• You consistently focus on results and ensure that initiatives deliver measurable business impact and sustainable performance improvements.
• You are familiar with CRM systems, sales tools, pipeline management, and commercial data environments, and leverage them effectively to drive sales performance.
