This is a role for engineers who care about velocity and solving real customer problems. You won't just ship code - you'll own projects end-to-end, make core product and technical decisions, and shape the trajectory of the company. Building a first voice agent is easy - getting it to drive real outcomes for customers and businesses is the hard part. We help companies build, deploy, and improve consumer-facing AI voice agents at scale. This will become one of the most important software categories of the next decade. We are a small, AI-pilled team that likes to solve hard problems. In engineering, product, or GTM - we build, experiment, and move fast, while heavily leveraging the capabilities of AI models. We take real ownership, challenge ourselves, and keep a low-ego culture. Ideal candidate The ideal candidate is an engineer with a proven 'I'll figure it out' mentality and a strong bias for action, evidenced by side projects, entrepreneurial ventures, or clear ownership of significant projects in past roles. They must have strong engineering fundamentals and experience building or debugging reliable, scalable distributed systems. Specific AI/voice experience is less critical than the ability to tackle novel, ambiguous technical problems with speed and ownership. The culture is extremely fast-paced, high-trust, and 'AI-pilled'. They ship to production on day one without code reviews. Candidates must be energized by a high-agency, 'act, then fix' environment and close collaboration, not intimidated by it. They are looking for people obsessed with solving problems, not just building cool tech.
