You develop and optimise manufacturing processes for our metal liners. From scaling production and increasing automation to improving quality and efficiency, you turn manufacturing challenges into production-ready solutions.
You own the continuous improvement of our liner manufacturing processes. You drive scalability, automation, quality, and efficiency. You make sure new products are transferred into production quickly and reliably.

YOUR PROFILE
Must-Haves
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Materials Engineering or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or process engineering with a strong interest in metal processing
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and production environments
- Experience in research & development and transferring new processes into production
- Independent, self-driven, and motivated by improving manufacturing rather than purely product design
- English (B2/C1 minimum); German is an advantage
- 100% on-site in Garching with willingness to support shift operations if required
Nice to have
- Metal processing and Welding experience
- Lean Manufacturing and Quality Management experience
