Are you passionate about brands, think strategically, and want to start a leadership career? Then we want to hear from you. Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey, you will become part of the transformation of sales and marketing. You will rotate through various departments-in Germany and worldwide-and work on how we reach, inspire, and retain customers in the long term. Your mission : bring brands to life and rethink growth. *You won't just collaborate-you will make a visible impact.*From new digital sales channels to creative marketing approaches : your ideas won’t end up in a drawer, but directly in the market. *What you will learn and develop with us : * * You will learn how modern customer journeys work-and how data, content, and technology interact to attract and retain customers. * You will actively shape digital sales channels, eCommerce solutions, and marketing campaigns that make brands visible and create real value. * You will work with international teams, creative minds, and your personal mentor to develop into the next generation of leaders in Sales & Marketing. *Your academic foundation : * You have graduated with an outstanding (full-time) Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Marketing, with a focus on digital topics. *Qualifications* *Your passion for marketing & customers : *You have a keen sense for trends, brands, and digital communication. eCommerce, social media, or content are not just buzzwords for you-but fields you genuinely understand or want to develop in. *Your eye for the bigger picture : * You want to understand how marketing initiatives and sales strategies interact-and how this translates into real business results. *Your understanding of human-centric leadership : * You can inspire people, communicate convincingly, and love to build relationships-both internally and externally. *You think strategically and shape the future : * You bring in your own ideas, challenge the status quo, and actively drive the digital transformation of sales and marketing. *Your continuous development : * You want to grow-creatively, analytically, and personally. You are curious, learn quickly, and forge new paths. *Your language proficiency : * You communicate fluently in English (negotiation level) and possess good German language skills.
