Summary of the Role Northern and Eastern Germany represent an important growth territory for our Powder Coating business. We are looking for a sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and creating long-term value in the market. This is not a role where leads simply arrive in your inbox. We are looking for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, opening doors, building trusted relationships, and developing opportunities across a strategically important territory. Role and Responsibilities Develop and grow customer relationships across Northern, Eastern, and North-Eastern Germany. Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory. Build a sustainable pipeline of projects and sales opportunities. Increase Nordson's visibility and presence through regular customer visits. Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Quoting, Pricing, and Project teams to support customers and grow the business. Manage your territory with a high degree of autonomy and ownership. Skills and Qualifications Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A genuine passion for sales and business development. Ability to work independently and manage your own territory effectively. Fluent German and English language skills. Willingness to travel regularly throughout Germany. Most importantly: We are looking for someone who has sales in their DNA. We can teach products and technology. We cannot teach the drive to build relationships, create opportunities, and grow a territory. Travel Home-based role supporting Northern, Eastern, and North-Eastern Germany. Candidates do not need to live directly within the territory, provided they can effectively support customers across the region. Typically 3–4 travel days per week. Overnight stays may be required when needed to efficiently cover the territory.
