At 4flow,we'relooking for a Business Development Representative (d/f/m) to help grow our business in theConsumer PackagedGoods (CPG) and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. In close collaboration with ourbusinessleaders,industryteam, andmarketing,you'llturn account strategies into commercial opportunities and make a direct impact on our continued growth.
What your new challenge will look like
Develop and execute strategic account plans for Tier 1 customers within the CPG/FMCG industry whileidentifyingand engaging key decision-makers.
Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and targeted outreach activities.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and position 4flow as a strategic partner for supply chain transformation.
Manage and develop a strong sales pipeline, leveraging HubSpot to track performance and drive data informed business development activities
Why you belong at 4flow
At least 6 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar business development role.
Experience working with or selling into the CPG and/or FMCG industry is highly desirable.
Understandingsupply chain andlogisticsconcepts and experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot is a strong advantage .
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skillswith a strong resilience, persistence, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
