SKF Lubrication Lifetime Solutions is a top leader in Automatic Lubrication Systems (ALS). To strengthen our position in the aftermarket we aim to structure and deploy our lubrication spare parts and accessories activities enabling faster fixes for customers lubrication systems. Starting in Europe we will define and build a dedicated spare parts business with aim to grow it globally.

Aftermarket Spare Part Business Manager - Lubrication Lifetime Solutions

(Temporary contract)

By stepping into this role you will become part of a committed team focused on advancing our Aftermarket business through collaboration across the Lubrication organizationsuch as Sales Manufacturing Demand Chain Business Line and Marketingto support growth.

In this role you will shape and guide the Aftermarket spare parts strategy ensuring customers can quickly identify order and receive the right parts for their installed lubrication systems. You will also help turn this activity into a structured profitable business by improving ease of access speed of resolution and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the spare parts and accessories portfolio within the Lubrication ALS Business Line team and value chain Aftermarket
• Define spare parts package offers for each product family including pumps and related systems and ensure these offers are easy to access and readily available
• Deploy the offer in line with customer needs market trends business priorities and existing internal structures - starting in Europe and secure the profitability of the spare parts business

We expect you to have

• Background in mechanical engineering with good working knowledge of SAP including queries and experience working with large databases
• Solid communication skills with ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders with fluency in German and English
• Ability to work independently

Some additional information

This position is preferably located in Berlin or Walldorf in Germany or Chodov or Prague in Czechon a temporary one-year-contract.
