What youll build

• Support the product management team in tasks like project management roadmap coordination strategy development prioritization and stakeholder management
• Create presentations communications and documents for different audiences including executive level
• Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making and product prioritization
• Contribute to the planning and execution of product strategies and initiatives
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful implementation of product plans
• Help maintain and manage product roadmaps ensuring timely delivery and adjustment to dynamic business needs
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams fostering a proactive transparent and united approach
• Participate in stakeholder meetings preparing reports and presentations to communicate project progress and insights

What you bring

• Enrolment in a Masters degree program in Computer Science IT Artificial Intelligence Business Informatics Business Management Project Management Product Management or a related field
• Excellent skills to create executive level presentation documents as well as communication
• Be able to consolidate information and feedback from different sources into a precise overview
• Be able to leverage AI to optimize your work e.g. build Claude skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong analytical mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines
• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills for articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving in a team environment

In our daily work we drive discovery strategy priorities and roadmap of the AI in SAP Signavio . We also work on research and proof of concept and value prototypes for our early solutions.
