The Role
Mastercard Dynamic Yield is looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative to help drive new business growth across the DACH and Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) regions.

Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, you will identify target accounts, engage key decision-makers, and generate qualified opportunities for the Mastercard Dynamic Yield sales organization. This role offers exposure to SaaS technology, AI-powered personalization, and a fast-paced commercial environment where you can build valuable sales and business development experience.

What You'll Do

• Research target accounts and identify prospective customers across the DACH and CEE regions.
• Engage decision-makers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Generate qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for the Mastercard Dynamic Yield sales team.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to support campaigns, events, and pipeline growth initiatives.
• Develop personalized outreach based on customer needs, business challenges, and market insights.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data using Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Stay current on industry trends, customer challenges, and personalization technology.

Qualifications

• Native-level German and strong English communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professional stakeholders confidently.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Interest in business development, sales, SaaS, technology, or digital customer experience.
• Ability to research accounts, identify opportunities, and tailor outreach accordingly.
• Experience in business development, lead generation, sales development, or another customer-facing commercial role is an advantage.
• Exposure to SaaS, MarTech, eCommerce, retail technology, digital experience, or personalization solutions is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, AI tools, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field is advantageous.
