You will serve as the primary point of contact for government agencies authorities embassies and international organizations.
You will build lasting client relationships and strategically develop the Government & Diplomatic segment.
You will acquire new clients and manage existing key accounts professionally and over the long term.
You negotiate contracts framework agreements and special terms and manage the bidding process.
You coordinate delegations groups and events from the initial inquiry through to successful execution.
You ensure compliance with diplomatic protocol and security requirements.
You develop successful sales strategies in collaboration with Revenue Management and Marketing.
You analyze market trends business figures and potential to make the most of revenue opportunities.
You lead and develop your team set clear goals and foster a high-performing sales culture.
You represent the hotel at important networking and industry events and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

SHOW US YOUR TALENTS!
Completed vocational training in hotel/restaurant management or as a hospitality professional
Alternatively a degree in hotel/tourism management
You have relevant professional experience in sales within the hospitality industry
Outstanding leadership experience and experience in government relations
Youre driven by successand no distance is too far to reach a customer!
You know the Berlin market like the back of your hand
Marriott experience from a previous or current role at our company is a great plus
A warm authentic and outgoing personality
Engaging communication and presentation skills in German and English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus
Your enthusiasm for establishing our fantastic hotel brand as a major player in the market is contagious!
