About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Operations Analyst to join our team! As a Sales Operations analyst, you will add value by supporting and enhancing our operations activities and processes. You will organize data and work closely with the finance, legal, marketing, business operations and sales teams. You will be in charge of order processing and data quality management. To thrive in this position, you will need to own your tasks from start to end, identify gaps and propose new ideas to improve existing processes.

Responsibilities:

Operational:

• Deals and account data quality management
• Order processing - Deal Bookings
• Auto-renewals management

Analytical:

• Reports and Dashboards optimization in CRM (HubSpot)
• Services KPIs analysis and calculation
• Product reporting calculation in PowerBi

Requirements:

• Student at a university or university of applied sciences with preferred field of study in Business Administration, Business Informatics Computer science, System administration, Sales and Marketing or Data Science. But the most important factors will be your mindset, ability to learn and a willingness to be a go-to person for support and data quality.
• Strong analytical mindset
• Independent self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit: you take full responsibility for your tasks and make suggestions to improve processes.
• Prior knowledge of HubSpot would be preferable
• Computer skills: Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, reporting/analytical skills. We encourage the use of AI!
• Language skills: Fluent in English - both written and spoken
• Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, striving to follow through & completion
