Principal Full-Stack Engineer (m / f / x)

What you can expect from us...

Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation

Technical Strategy : Drive architectural decisions, coding standards, and best practices across the stack

Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions that align with business objectives

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications on both the front-end and back-end

Architect and implement complex systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security

Conduct and lead code reviews, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability across the platform

Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests

Collaborate with internal teams to identify feature requirements, enhance workflows, and deliver high-quality solutions

Take end-to-end ownership of features and projects, from concept to deployment and beyond, while maintaining high technical standards

Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical development and business goals

What we would expect from you...

Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as VueJS, SolidJS, ReactJS, or AngularJS, with a focus on TypeScript and JavaScript development

Advanced proficiency in Node.js with Express for building APIs and server-side applications, along with familiarity with MongoDB as a preferred database solution

Hands-on experience in designing scalable and distributed systems, leveraging tools like Docker, Terraform, and AWS Cloud for deployment and management

Proficient in working within a Monorepo setup (e.g., Rushstack) and version control systems like GitLab for collaborative development

Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, collaborate across teams, and contribute to a positive team culture

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in agile teams and collaborate across remote settings, fostering open communication and innovation

A strong sense of ownership and enthusiasm for embracing new technologies, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering high-quality results
